Getting a good scan
Light
Daylight works best. Under a single warm lamp, red and orange or white and yellow can look alike; move closer to a window or switch on more light.
Showing the cube
Hold the cube about 30 cm from the camera and turn it slowly until every side has been seen. Keep your fingers on the edges rather than over the stickers.
A colour looks wrong
Keep turning the cube in view: colours are read again every time a side is seen, and if they stop adding up, the app scans the cube again by itself.
Free solves and purchases
Free solves
Two solves are included. A solve uses one once you've made five moves with the arrows, or when it's finished. A cube four moves or fewer from solved is always free.
Restore a purchase
On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, open About in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
Cancel a subscription
Open About in the app and tap Manage Subscription, or go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and doesn't renew.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
